Putrescine plays a distinct role in various types of biological functions all living organisms, as well environmental stress. The aim the study is to effect exogenous putrescine on physiological condition rice seeds investigated. Salt treatment resulted reduction speed germination, germination energy, energy percentage, final shoot and root length, plant dry weight, where proline content was remarkably increased. Among varieties, BRRI 48 affected maximum by way salinity case growth, GHORIAL become least comparison other varieties. However, significantly enhances length Our findings reveal that tremendously reduced salt tolerance.
